It will not change until you accept it. Accept the things you cannot change. Practise radical acceptance. Stop fighting reality. Accepting things the way they are stops your suffering from escalating. You can reduce your pain and suffering by accepting that you cannot force things to change, you cannot bend the universe to your will and you have to patiently wait for the cycle to end. Surrender to the divine will and wait for the divine timing. No matter how badly you want something to manifest It will not happen if you force it or will it to happen. It will manifest when you are ready. The universe will know you are ready when you let go. Then it will manifest.  

When your energy changes and you evolve spiritually then you will receive it. You need to be in the right energetic state by practising detachment and acceptance. When you are no longer fixated on the fruition of your desired outcome, the universe will grant your wishes. When you detach yourself from the desired outcome and emotionally distance yourself from it, you stop interfering in the workings of the universe. When you move on in your life and focus on other things and put your efforts into other fruitful endeavours you attract the most auspicious outcomes. The universe will manifest the most favourable outcomes for you when you let go of the anticipation and expectation and move on to other things. Put in the diligent efforts to achieve your goals, do your part and then leave the results up to the universe. You cannot rush it or force it to manifest according to your whims. This will only sabotage your efforts and further delay the fruition of your intended outcomes. Just surrender your efforts and intentions to the universe and trust that you will receive just rewards and favourable propitious outcomes according to the divine timing and divine plan. Get out of your own way.  

Your blessings may be blocked or delayed due to your impatience or lack of faith or due to the obstructions generated by the ill-will of others. However, if you surrender to the divine timing and detach from the desired outcomes, then all blockages and impediments will be removed. You will have to rise above the obstacles and continue with your work. Bring yourself in alignment with the divine will. Go beyond faith and pray with conviction. Use the power of conviction to raise your vibration. This will help you connect with the divine energies and amplify the potency of your prayers and spiritual practices. The universe will always support you and ensure that you receive your blessings in abundance, if you continue to act morally by doing the right thing in any situation and keep your energy pure and clean, despite the malice or ill-will of others. Trust in the justice of the universe and wait for the divine timing. Forbearance is a virtue. Your time will come.  

Whether you are embroiled in a negative karmic cycle or suffering due to the negative energies projected by others, you can ameliorate or mitigate your suffering by surrendering to the divine. Always remember that there are are 3 things that can affect the outcome of any situation...1)prarabdha..i.e the portion of past karma allocated to be experienced in this lifetime; 2) purushartha...or constructive present karma to obtain desired objectives and overcome adversity 3) prarthana.. or prayer to obtain the merciful compassion and grace of the Lord to mitigate any adversity. You cannot change your prarabdha but purushartha and prarthana are in your hands. You can perform pious deeds and positive present karma and use the power of prayer and devotional worship to mitigate your prarabdha. Offer fervent heartfelt prayers and engage in worshipful devotional activities to obtain divine grace and redemption. Perform the right actions required to achieve your objectives and surrender the results to the divine.  

The Lord is the sole bequeather of all results, outcomes, and just rewards. The Lord will ordain the most beneficial outcomes at the most opportune propitious time. Trust in divine timing and accept that you cannot control the outcomes. Attachment to fixed outcomes will only thwart your welfare by subjecting you to adverse negative reactions generated by your karma and further delay or sabotage the manifestation of your desired goals. Practising acceptance and detachment to outcomes will afford you great protection by liberating you from adverse karmic reactions and the untoward subsequent effects of your inadvertent errors and unintended mistakes. We know not where our betterment lies. We know not what the consequences of our actions will be. Even not choosing is still a choice. No matter what you do or what you choose, it will always have consequences attached to it. Hence, surrender. It protects you from undesirable karmic reactions. Your ultimate welfare is always going to be served by surrender to the lotus feet of the Lord. The energy of surrender will release all projected obstacles, terminate all painful reactions and divest you of karmic bondages. 

When caught in the eye of a storm you have three options with you, you can wait for the storm to end (prarabdha), you can try to get out of the storm yourself (purushartha) or you can seek shelter from the storm by surrendering to the divine refuge of the Lord (prarthana). Your prarabdha will prevail for its duration...the storm won’t end right away but by the grace of the Lord, it will be mitigated significantly, you will be provided with a protective umbrella and be shown a path that leads to safety. That is how the grace of the Lord mitigates adversity and helps you overcome your prarabdha. But you have to understand and accept how grace works. Don’t be desperate. Don’t be attached to fixed outcomes. Don’t expect a free pass either. Just surrender with trust and neutral expectations that the Lord will mitigate your troubles. He will deliver you from the adversity and suffering ordained by your prarabdha and also protect you from the harm and evil projected by others. Grace will manifest. Just let go of attachment to fixed outcomes. The energy of entitlement and rigid expectation creates blockages. The less fixated you are, the better the outcomes that will manifest. The more desperate you are, the more your desired outcomes will elude you. Surrender your desire for rewards and your blessings will exceed your expectations.
